The Alphabet Diet

I love the alphabet. I eat the letters A, C, E for breakfast, usually with sprinkled N on top. For lunch, it's the letters B, D, F and G. All fresh-ground, baked in the oven at 300 degrees. For dinner, I enjoy H, I, and J. A glass of K and for dessert a three-layered L

It's a diet many Americans are turning to since the economy took it on the chin. It's filling, contains all the daily requirements for minerals and vitamins. Quite filling and I must say efficient for weight loss.

It hardens the bones and at the same time ensures high energy. O and P I reserve for the dog. My cat loves Q. And X and Y are my in between meal snacks. Z satisfies my sweettooth. I've never eaten an M, raw or cooked. I'm allergic.
